Case workers and the courts need  to be held responsible for what  they have done  to our families. To many children have been removed for little or no reason except  abuse or neglect. What you think is neglect is completly different than what cps calls neglect.

About AFRA-ILLINOIS FAMILY RIGHTS

AFRA is not another "group". AFRA is a national directory of existing groups and individuals who are working on issues concerning the rights of families, parents, and children. 

There is no cost to register with AFRA, we simply see the need to establish a comprehensive data base of existing groups and individuals who, although some may disagree on some issues, are united on fundamental principles:

1. We have the right, guaranteed by law and the Constitution to make our own choices in our relationships and marriages; birthing and raising our children; instilling our own values into our children; controlling our children's education, health, and discipline; controlling what social values we chose to accept, or not, for ourselves and our children, without coercive governmental intervention and control.

2. We have the right, when we must turn to the judicial system, to courts that are free from corruption, act in a lawful manner and within Constitutional constraints, fully accountable to the citizenry so that all parties can expect to receive fair, prompt, equitable, and objective treatment.

The traditional structures that were put in place to protect us, our liberty, and our autonomy have now abdicated their duties as public servants and have turned against us. American families are under siege. The only way to restore our autonomy and preserve the freedom to make our own choices is for us to come together as a political force. 

By registering your organization with AFRA you will receive exposure to potential clients and funders, media, and like-minded groups. As a registered group you will have access to a larger and wider database for support, for announcements, public events, data gathering, mass mailings

Notice to CPS Agencies and their Colluding Actors

American Family Rights Association is a true Free Association, which is protected under the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights, of family rights advocates and individuals who oppose the unconstitutional and heavy-handed method of operation of so-called Children's Protective Services (hereafter called CPS) and their unwarranted and abusive insertion of brute government power into families.

The membership of American Family Rights Association (hereafter called AFRA) is engaged in the First Amendment protected right of publishing information of great societal concern for the dual purpose of helping people in trouble with CPS to find comfort, help, and ASSISTANCE in defending their families, AND to demonstrate to the mass public the growing grass-roots awareness and opposition to the above stated method of operation of CPS.

It has come to our attention that CPS agents are STALKING their victims and using the following resources against their clients in courts across the country in violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments:

• Citing their victim-client's association with and membership in AFRA and/or their victim-client's association with AFRA affiliates and member organizations as the basis of their negative and derogatory reports against their victim-clients including: non-compliance with court-ordered treatment plans, focusing on the 'wrong issues,' being in denial, have a 'bad' or 'wrong' attitude, being too knowledgeable about child protection laws and policies, being uncooperative, and more.
• Introducing evidence into CPS court proceedings that are irrelevant to the merits of the case and to the parents' compliance with court-ordered treatment plans including: Stolen intellectual property in the form of web sites and publications of AFRA, and of AFRA Associates and member organizations, who are not parties to the case without compensation; published statements and stories of their victim-clients; and published exposé's of child protection abuses by all players without fear of naming names. 

This published information and association are protected by law. You are advised not to violate the rights of your victim-clients by using these publications or associations against them in any court or record pertaining to your victim-client for the purposes of depriving them of their children. To do so is retaliation for the exercise of constitutionally protected rights which is clearly established under law and strips you of your statutory immunity protections. We will be helping your victim-clients sue you for civil rights deprivations if you choose to ignore this warning.
